Quarterly Underground Board Meeting

Since my 2004 caving inception, I dreamed of being a paid to cave.  Now, as the owner of Inner Mountain Outfitters, I'm proud to realize that dream for myself and my staff.  Once a quarter, we host our weekly board meeting underground.  We may not cover as many bullets on the docket, but the time spent connecting with our passion as well as connecting with each other more than offsets any perceived impact to productively.
