Rather than hide or mask bad odors, it gently removes the stink on gear and footwear. Apply as an odor eliminator spray or use it to soak neoprene suits. Add it to a machine wash as another option to easily refresh base layers and activewear. This gentle formula can be used on most fabrics including fleece and cotton. We offer free return shipping on returnable items within 90 days of being delivered.
No returns can be accepted for life safety gear (i.e. hardware, helmets, harnesses, rope, etc) for the sake of quality control of critical components of our customers' safety.
To initiate a qualifying return, email info@elevatedclimbing.com with your order number and item you are looking to return.
Refunds are offered for the item(s) being returned, and do not include the initial shipping cost of the order, as the service of shipping has already been rendered.
